This is an easy and nutritious recipe, delicious for kids and adults. You can also buy a can of refried beans and skip steps 1 and 2 of the preparation.

400 grams (14 oz) boiled beans
200 grams (7 oz) boiled corn

This is soooo good! Serve it as the first course with Italian food. Or with anything. Or all by itself!
If you are not a fan of garlic, you can use less, or omit it altogether. Substitute other spices, to suit your taste.
